We may share information only as needed with shipping, warehouse, customs, payment, delivery, technology, or customer-support providers involved in completing your shipment or supporting your account. We do not sell customer information.

Payments and Proof of Payment

Customers may pay by cash, bank transfer, debit card, or credit card where accepted. Proof of payment may be requested before or upon delivery and may be submitted through WhatsApp or email. Card details should be entered only through an authorized payment channel and should not be sent through WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Information

Avani's Freight Services is a delivery-only courier service and does not offer customer pickup. Delivery is available throughout Jamaica, including Montego Bay, and Knutsford Express may be used where direct delivery is unavailable. Customers should submit delivery requests before 11:00 a.m. for the best chance of same-day service. Standard delivery hours are Monday-Saturday from 12 PM to 5 PM.

Customer Choices

You may contact us to ask about your information, correct account or shipment details, update communication preferences, or request help with your account. Some records may need to be retained for business, delivery, payment, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Security

We use reasonable operational safeguards to protect customer information. No website, email, WhatsApp message, or online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
